Spiritual Growth & Development

The following represents seven different levels of spiritual growth and development

  •  Spiritual Encounters: Unexplainable spiritual experiences that identify that there is more to life than the natural or explainable. (Realizing that the natural realm is only one plain of existence)

  John 4:6-10 ESV

Jacob’s well was there; so Jesus, wearied as he was from his journey, was sitting beside the well. It was about the sixth hour. A woman from Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give me a drink.” (For his disciples had gone away into the city to buy food.) The Samaritan woman said to him, “How is it that you, a Jew, ask for a drink from me, a woman of Samaria?” (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.) Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”

  •  Spiritual Awakening: Realizing that we are spiritual beings and that we need to know and be joined to our creator.

John 4:13-21 ESV

Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”  The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water, so that I will not be thirsty or have to come here to draw water.”  Jesus said to her, “Go, call your husband, and come here.”  The woman answered him, “I have no husband.” Jesus said to her, “You are right in saying, ‘I have no husband’; for you have had five husbands, and the one you now have is not your husband. What you have said is true.”  The woman said to him, “Sir, I perceive that you are a prophet. Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, but you say that in Jerusalem is the place where people ought to worship.” Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father.

  • Spiritual Revival: When we come to a saving knowledge of the truth. (When we believe in our hearts and confess with our mouths Yahshua the Messiah)

John 4:25-30 ESV

The woman said to him, “I know that Messiah is coming (he who is called Christ). When he comes, he will tell us all things.” Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am he.”  Just then his disciples came back. They marveled that he was talking with a woman, but no one said, “What do you seek?” or, “Why are you talking with her?” So the woman left her water jar and went away into town and said to the people, “Come, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?” They went out of the town and were coming to him.

Romans 10:8-10 ESV

But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

James 1:21-22 ESV

Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

  •  Spiritual Restoration: When we begin to understand who we are in Yahshua and begin to realize the blessing and favor of Yahweh. We begin to discover our destiny.

John 3:5-8 ESV

Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.  That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.  Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’  The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Acts 2:38-40 ESV

And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.” And with many other words he bore witness and continued to exhort them, saying, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation.”

Romans 8:1-4 ESV

Where is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

  • Spiritual Sonship: When by revelation we come into a living, interactive relationship with Yahweh that identifies us as His own. When our identity is found in who we are in Him.

Romans 8:1-4, 14-16 ESV

There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,

Philippians 2:13-16 ESV

for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.  Do all things without grumbling or disputing, that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain. Spiritual Maturity: When the development of our character and spirit man exceeds the importance we place on operating in our gifting and anointing.

When representation by referral becomes more important than honor or recognition, then we are mature.

2 Corinthians 6:14-18 ESV

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever? What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, “I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.  Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you,   and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.”

2 Corinthians 7:1 ESV

Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.

Galatians 4:4-7 ESV

But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

Hebrews 12:5-8 ESV

And have you forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons? “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor be weary when reproved by him.  For the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives.”  It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline? If you are left without discipline, in which all have participated, then you are illegitimate children and not sons.

1 John 3:1-3 ESV

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.

  •  Spiritual Maturity: When the development of our character and spirit man exceeds the value we place on operating in our gifting and anointing. When representation by referral becomes more important than honor or recognition.

Luke 6:40 ESV

A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone when he is fully trained will be like his teacher.

Ephesians 4:13-14 ESV

until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 ESV

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

2 Timothy 4:1-5 ESV

I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. As for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

  • Spiritual Fathering: When we represent the father’s heart in the way we love, serve and care for those to whom we are sent, we will be ready to provide oversight and watch for the souls of the sons of Yahweh.

Acts 13:32-33 ESV

And we bring you the good news that what God promised to the fathers, this he has fulfilled to us their children by raising Jesus, as also it is written in the second Psalm, “‘You are my Son, today I have begotten you.’

Malachi 4:5-6 ESV

“Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes. And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the land with a decree of utter destruction.”

Hebrews 12:9-11 ESV

Besides this, we have had earthly fathers who disciplined us and we respected them. Shall we not much more be subject to the Father of spirits and live? For they disciplined us for a short time as it seemed best to them, but he disciplines us for our good, that we may share his holiness. For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

 1 Corinthians 4:15-17 ESV

For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel. I urge you, then, be imitators of me. That is why I sent you Timothy, my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, to remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach them everywhere in every church.

Philippians 3:14-17 ESV

I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Let those of us who are mature think this way, and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal that also to you. Only let us hold true to what we have attained.  Brothers, join in imitating me, and keep your eyes on those who walk according to the example you have in us.

1 Thessalonians 5:1-7 ESV

Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need to have anything written to you. For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. But you are not in darkness, brothers, for that day to surprise you like a thief. For you are all children of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness. So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, are drunk at night.

 Hebrews 6:9-12 ESV

Though we speak in this way, yet in your case, beloved, we feel sure of better things—things that belong to salvation. For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do. And we desire each one of you to show the same earnestness to have the full assurance of hope until the end, so that you may not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

M&M- Precedent & Protocol

“An overseer, then, must be . . . the husband of one wife . . . who manages his own household well . . . (if a man does not know how to manage his own household, how will he take care of the church of God?) . . .”

I believe this passage of Scripture establishes the highest precedent and protocol for those of us who are serving in the ministry.

Providing oversight requires maturity, stability and being a living epistle. I am thankful to have known and been related to a few men who have represented the heart of the above passage, and when it came to deviating from the established precedent and protocol, they had the wisdom to weigh out all of the facts, and move forward with righteous deliberation.

And while I do not believe the the afore mentioned precedent or protocol is cause for disqualification from service, I do believe that those who will be providing oversight should prayerfully consider them before taking on that responsibility.

When our life and ministry takes precedent over spouse and marriage, they both are heading for trouble.

We also need to discuss several things that pertain to proper protocol for socially interacting and engaging someone other than your spouse. I am personally concerned with some things that I see developing among the fellowship of the brotherhood that need NOT be ignored.

The NAME of Yahshua!

The worlds in which we live are dying for us to show up, so HE can appear, and all of creation is still groaning in travail for the coming of the corporate SON of MAN.

Authority to cast out demons in HIS name should be a given by NOW; but we are still trying to figure out whether the devil is a figment of our imaginations, and some are wondering if he ever really existed at all. Others are still debating over how much power and authority he commands.

It is my opinion, that we have dropped the ball over the past decade as it pertains living out of the full comprehensive plan of salvation, and as a result, lost ground on our watch. This is one of the most demonized generations that has ever lived, and we are groping around in the dark, trying to find our way into the light.

Going forth in the power of HIS name has to become a reality in order for us to prevail in the future. NAME is NATURE. Simply put, we must become the incarnation of the LIVING WORD of Yahweh and go forth with the understanding we have been authorized and qualified to represent by referral, HIS NAME. (Yahshua)

What I see as the primary problem with our witness is, it is not based on overcoming by the blood of the LAMB and WORD of our testimony, and we still love our live way to much to lay it down for a friend. Selah!

Real Leadership

Real Leadership involves, includes and incorporates those who have the same heart to work together for one common purpose.

Note: a common problem with most leadership is, they tend to lead from a position of power and authority, and end up in the ditch when it comes to working with others.

Real Leadership is approachable, entreatable and accountable.

Note: a common problem with most leadership is, they do not have enough trusted relationships that can respectfully question or challenge their choices and decisions. Surrounding yourself with ‘yes’ men and mini-me clones will result in a self-aggrandizing approach to leadership.

Real Leadership does not need anybody else to make it happen for them, because they are busy making it happen for others.

Note: Most people will naturally follow a real leader because of their heart to help and serve others in the work.

Real Leadership does not eat first.

Note: a common problem with most leaders is, they operate from a lead-dog, top down mentality that leaves many of those under their care unsure of who they are, or what they have to contribute.

Properly Discerning the Body of Messiah – Intoduction

Re: New Book – Introduction

1 Corinthians 11:18-30 – For first of all, when you come together as a church, (local assembly or fellowship) I hear that there are divisions among you, and in part I believe it. For there must also be factions among you, that those who are approved may be recognized among you. Therefore when you come together in one place, it is not to eat the Lord’s Supper. (Eucharist, Communion, Passover, Feast, Dinner on the Ground, Covered Dish Etc.) For in eating, each one takes his own supper ahead of others; and one is hungry and another is drunk. What! Do you not have houses to eat and drink in? Or do you despise the church of Yahweh and shame those who have nothing? What shall I say to you? Shall I praise you in this? I do not praise you. For I received from Yahshua that which I also delivered to you: that the Sovereign Yahshua on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Sovereign’s death till He comes. Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of Yahshua in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of Yahshua. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup.

For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning Yahshua’s body. For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. NKJV

Vrs 27-30 – So a person who eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in ·a way that is not worthy of it [or an inappropriate manner] will be ·guilty of sinning against [or held responsible for; liable for; guilty of] the body and the blood of the Lord. Look into your own hearts [L Let a person examine himself] before you eat the bread and drink the cup, because all who eat the bread and drink the cup without ·recognizing [discerning; careful regard for] the body eat and drink judgment against themselves. That is why many in your group are sick and weak, and ·some [a number] of you have ·died [fallen asleep; a euphemism for death]. The Expanded Bible

There is no amount of faith, confession, declaration, anointing, gifts, oil, miracles, laying on of hands, binding loosing and other forms of charismatic nonsense that we practice in our meetings that can make up for the inherent, constitutional, abiding, and defiant disobedience that we want to live in, thinking that the promises of God will operate on a platform of American, cultural values of independence, self, and “rights.”

God’s kingdom works on his platform, no other. We are not even close, and we can’t leverage his promises during an ecstatic meeting on our own platform. It will never yield results.

If we want to live like citizens of America instead of citizens of heaven, we are free to do so, and have all the death, disease and sickness we want. God is not obliged to underwrite our constitutional disobedience with his power so we can continue the nursery school antics once a week in what we call “worship services.”

If we want to understand these things, we need to understand the values of the people who wrote the scriptures and to whom the promises were originally given. There is a “relational context” of the promises. Get in the same context, we will get the same results . . . without the same context, we are kidding ourselves.

Much of it hinges on how we live with one another. We view sickness and disease (they were not the same for Jews/Semites) health, healing, etc. as an individual matter between “me, God and his promises.”  They did not. Jesus did not. Paul did not. None of the apostles did. They viewed sickness and disease directly, and immediately, with observable, measurable, one-to-one associations of how well one was living in relationship to others.

We consider disease biomedically. They considered disease socially. In our worldview and culture, we can barely understand that. It doesn’t even make sense to us. That’s our problem.

It is my contention that the record of health and healing and miracles, etc. in the gospels, and Paul’s letters (especially the passage you refer to) cannot even be understood, if we do not get on the same platform, worldview and values that they took for granted. They must be understood and applied in the context of the corporate community . . .  how well we live with one another . . .  or we will continue in cycles of frustration, defeat and denial . . . and manipulation and lies and witchcraft. S Crosby

Note: I see ‘the Lord’s Supper’ and ‘Communion’ very different from most of the people that I know, and while the reference to their coming together for the wrong reason involved eating and drinking, it had very little to do with the Eucharist. True communion has to do with understanding the mystery of the fellowship and the consummation of all things. I have not ‘taken communion’ in a number of years because I saw very little reason to religiously observe the ritual. I believe that ‘true communion’ has to do with fellowshipping and partaking of one another in Him. It has very little to do with an artificial wafer or a shot glass full of grape juice. Therefore, when we come together in His name and by His Spirit, we have an opportunity to partake of the body and blood of Yahshua the Messiah together.

The body of the Messiah is the bread of life and the blood of Yahshua is the life of the body. Every time we come together, we should celebrate His life and remember His death until He returns in, through and by His people. Unfortunately, many people are looking for a magic formula, or something they can do to heal themselves apart from the Word of the Spirit and the Body of Messiah.

1 John 2:4-11 – Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of Yahweh is perfected. By this we may know that we are in him: whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked. Beloved, I am writing you no new commandment, but an old commandment that you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word that you have heard. At the same time, it is a new commandment that I am writing to you, which is true in him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true light is already shining.Whoever says he is in the light and hates his brother is still in darkness. Whoever loves his brother abides in the light, and in himthere is no cause for stumbling. But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.

1 John 3:14-18 – We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brotherabides in death.  Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of Yahweh abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. NKJV

Re: clear and present dangers concerning the L.G.B.T. community and agenda

Dear Friends & Family;

I am writing to express my concerns concerning a few developments that will most certainly touch and affect all of our lives at some point or another. For a number of days now, I have been contemplating how to properly address some of the issues surrounding the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community. I am deeply concerned on several fronts and need both the divine grace and wisdom of Yahweh to table my concerns.

Firstly, I am concerned with the number of people (Politicians…Athletes…Celebrities and Business Professionals) who are presently coming out, and the degree to which they are influencing this society and culture. What we need to consider is, how the L.G.B.T. agenda is going to affect our private and public lives, as they continue to press for and pursue the freedom to marry, cohabitate and force their agenda on the world.

I am also concerned about the shift that I see taking place among some of our brothers and sisters concerning processing and dealing with how to accept the inevitable, endear them to our hearts and move forward from here. In a time when compromise should not be an option, I am seeing and hearing things from others that are going to further enable this movement, and thereby bring about a total collapse of our civilization. I realize that this is a very sensitive and volatile issue with many of you; but I am not satisfied that much of what I am hearing about it represents the Father’s heart. I have been judging my own heart and contemplating how to honestly speak to these issues in a way that represents His heart concerning these matters.

I wish there was an easy way to say what needs to be said; but I am not sure that this generation will be able to hear it at this point. However, it is my hope that the next generation will be able to hear the heart of the Father in what I am saying, and make the necessary adjustments to address the issues that will most certainly be visited upon them.

I want to make it clear that I am not trying to address every issue surrounding the L.G.B.T. community; but I believe that it is my personal responsibility to address the issues that are personally impacting the lives of my family as well as the people with whom I are related.

The agenda of the L.G.B.T. community is touching and affecting all of our lives on a daily basis and many are concerned about being labeled a racist, bigots or homophobic. Some are paralyzed by the fear of losing their 501-C3 tax exempt status, while others are not willing to table this issue at any level. What if I told you that some of our friends and family are confused about how to honestly address these issues? We all want to better represent the Father’s heart in the way we cope and deal with the new reality that is presently being visited upon us.

The heartbreaking truth is, the ‘younger’ of this generation has been systematically reprogrammed by the public school system, media and government. In the name of diversity and tolerance they have been dumbed-down and neutered as it pertains to dealing in truth with their own hearts, and they lack any real life training and equipping to take a righteous position against this present darkness.

We were recently visiting with our grandchildren when we became acutely aware of what they are facing on a daily basis in the public school system. Our granddaughter informed us that she was persecuted on a weekly basis for cherishing her virginity and for keeping herself for marriage in the future. She shared with us that she was tired of being pressured to have pre-marital sex and being asked by her friends if she was still a virgin. Our hearts were broken to hear that she or any young person would be persecuted or ridiculed for being chaste. We were also informed that she has been accused of being a lesbian because she is not going out with, or dating boys at this time in her life. With that in mind, if this is happening in a one of the best middle schools in the state of North Carolina, can you image what is going on in the majority of the public school systems of America? We did the best we could to encourage her and we gave her a ‘True Love Waits’ bracelet to wear as a gentle reminder. We assured her that we believed in her and that we intend to continue to do all we can do to help her navigate through this time in her life.

However, she is not doing that well, as her entire world is presently imploding due to a messy separation and divorce. She is also dealing with the reality that things will never be the same, and that the course of our lives together taken a drastic turn. These things have a way of knocking the wind out of your sails, and they will make you question the purpose of life and living. We are deeply concerned for our children and grandchildren because they are caught up in the middle of a very destructive vortex that has removed them from our immediate love and care. We all are all suffering together because of these recent developments; but we are persuaded that He is able to keep that which we have committed to Him against that day, and our lives and futures are in His hands. That being said, we are reminded daily that the course of our lives together has been irrefutably changed and some adjustments will be required in order to continue.

That being said, we refuse to stand by and see our families picked apart by the forces of wickedness that are permeating every segment of society, and we will no longer be silent as it pertains to the exposing this present darkness. Brethren, we are asking you to stand with us as we continue to pray and intercede for our friends and family.

We are seeking Yahweh for the grace and wisdom to address some of these issues without inciting a riot or fomenting hostility. Enough is enough. If we do not take a stand for righteous and truth now, we will have to give an account for leaving our post and abdicating our responsibility as Kingdom citizens.

The following statements represent our position concerning the L.G.B.T. community and agenda.

  1. Sexual immorality of any kind is a sin unto death – (Fornication, Adultery, Homosexuality, Bestiality etc.) When the sin of sexual immorality is finished it will bring forth the death of society, culture and civilization. (See the history and downfall of both the Roman and Greek empires)
  2. Homosexuality is unnatural affection, ungodly behavior, and is categorically against nature of God. It is therefore an abomination unto Yahweh.
  3. Sexual activity, relations and intercourse should be limited to a monogamous relationship between one man and one woman and therefore reserved for Holy Matrimony. (Marriage)
  4. There is no conclusive scientific evidence that identifies a Homosexual or Gay marker in the genome of man and therefore is a falsehood being perpetrated by those who are attempting to arrive at a very different conclusion.

Note: We believe that it is a mistake to associate and equate Homosexuality with Racism because Homosexuality is directly related to choices and behavior. Race and skin color is directly related to the genetic makeup of the birth parents and ethnic backgrounds. The truth is, Homosexuality has nothing to do with race, creed or color. It has everything to do with choices, tendencies and proclivities. To associate Homosexuality with Racism is to empower it is a sub-species, gender or minority, and that for the purpose of acquiring entitlements, benefits and privileges. It has nothing to do with national citizenship or personal liberty.

Note: We do not believe in using the terms Homosexual or Lesbian in reference to the L.G.B.T. community. They are people who are caught up sin and engaging in homosexual activity and behavior. To call them Homosexual, Lesbians or Gays is to identify them as people group within our society. Homosexuality is sexual immorality involving people of the same sex or gender. It is unnatural, unholy and against the nature of God. Same sex marriage is not about two loving people being able to spend the rest of their lives together. It is about the physical, medical and financial benefit of being legally married in the state of their choosing. Have you noticed that they are already pushing for all the other states to recognize the marriages of same-sex couples who were married in another state?

Finally, I have openly shared my heart with you concerning these issues and I am asking you to consider them in light of the truth of the Scriptures, as well as the word of the Spirit. I cannot say ‘but for the grace of Yahweh, there go I’ because I have probably engaged in more sin and debauchery than most of the people reading this letter.

However, I can truthfully say that I have received the full embrace of the Father’s love and forgiveness and therefore saved and delivered. I am a forgiven man. Hell is closed to me and Heaven open. I have been redeemed from the curse that is associated with violating the LAW of Yahweh. I AM a Son of Yahweh.

I am asking you to prayerfully consider who should read this letter, before you share it with them. Please take a few minutes to ponder these things in light of what you know to be true.

Note: The scripture is clear concerning how we should deal with those who are engaging in this kind of activity in the world. However, it is also clear on how we should deal with people who are engaged in sexual immorality within the Ekklesia. The way we deal with the people of the world should reflect the Father’s love for them as a people; but when we are dealing with a brother who is engaged in sexual immorality, he should be confronted. If he does not repent, we should distance ourselves from them. They should not be allowed to be a part of the fellowship of the brotherhood or family until such time they show forth fruit worthy of repentance and can be restored to right standing with the body of Messiah.

Note: The same bible that instructs us to love our enemies, neighbors and one another is the same by that says;

Romans 1:18-32  For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.  For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.  Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things. Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them. ESV

1 Corinthians 5:9-13   I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people—  not at all meaning the sexually immoral of this world, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler—not even to eat with such a one. For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? God judges those outside. “Purge the evil person from among you.” ESV

1 Corinthians 6:9 – Or do you not know that the unrighteouswill not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality. ESV

Embracing The Father’s Heart & Spirit

I have been listening to Rick Wiles for a while, and while our eschatology and understanding of the Kingdom is very different, I share some of his views concerning what is going on in the world. I have found them to be congruent with his biblical world views.

Note: I am persuaded that most of us do not have a clue about what is coming next and even fewer of us are properly discerning the times and seasons of the Spirit. That being said, I am comfortable with my present position concerning the end times, last days and things to come.
Note: I believe that Yahshua has already come and is coming to those who are foreordained to see and enter the Kingdom. His sons are presently awakening to the reality of who they are not in Him and those who were system born and raised are shedding a lot of religious foreskin in order to come into true Sonship. I am not talking about the concept of Sonship or the Eternal Kingdom. I am talking about being SONS of the same FATHER and BROTHERS of the same FAMILY. I am talking about the house that Yahshua has and is building. I am talking about the FATHERS house.
I am talking about receiving our rightful inheritance as heirs of YAHWEH and joint heirs of YAHSHUA. That includes everything that pertains to life and godliness. We are operating from a finish work mentality, that says there is nothing left to do, nothing left unsaid, and nothing left undone. IT IS FINISHED means that we are done. It also means the Kingdom is come and Yahweh’s will is being done in earth as it is in Heaven. We are the movement, the next wave and the glory bringing hope to this generation.
Summary – Here in the consummation of all things it is important for us to know who we are in Him. It is important for us to open our hearts to the real possibility that we have been misled concerning a great many things, and that well-meaning people, under the influence of seducing religious spirits, passed on a mixture of mingled seed to most of this generation.
Note: As long as we are governed by public opinion and the sympathy of others, we will never be able to be free from the restraints of religious concepts that are anti-messiah in nature and origin. The reason that they are so deeply entrenched is because they have been taking root for the most part of 2000 years. It is going to take more than one application of ‘Round Up’ in order to kill and destroy the roots of religion.
Note: I for one am no longer going to borrow from my past experience, and I am still being deprogrammed and awaiting my next marching orders. I refuse to go out half cocked or ill-equipped. I am content in knowing that I am a hand picked son of Yahweh who has only begun to understand the original intent and divine will and purpose of Yahweh.

Listen To Him

I am hearing something about the following passages of Scripture that have I never before put together this way. The first passage has to do with what was spoken over Yahshua at His baptism, and that for the sake of John the Baptist and others who were present on that day. I do not believe that everybody present heard His voice; but for those whose time had come to believe, they we able to hear what was being said. Something powerful took place in the Spirit when this word was released over Yahshua and it preceded the His earthly ministry.

Matthew 3:16-17 And when Yahshua was baptized, immediately he went up from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to him,and he saw the Spirit of Yahweh descending like a dove and coming to rest on him; and behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”

Note: The above passage of Scripture is what we need to hear before we step out or embark on anything that pertains to life and ministry. So many times, young believers and novices step out and embark on things for which they are neither qualified nor authorized.

That being said, it is important for us to know who we are in Him before we step out or embark on any endeavor that is not directly sanctioned by the witness of His Spirit. When young believers and novices attempt to do something for Yahweh out of a since of guilt or obligation, they will soon become frustrated and conflicted with what they are doing.

When our internal dialogue is filled with anxiety and second guessing, it could be because we do not really know who we are in Him, or we have not been empowered by His grace to perform the task at hand. We can all aspire to a lot of things for which we have not been gifted or graced; but the outcome will always be the same.

“Sonship is our destiny, and our inheritance is wrapped up in discovery” blh

Note: I am content with being a son, a joint heir and a part of His family. I have now lived long enough to know what it means to BE all of them at the same time. I have also come to realize that there is nothing greater than being a son.

Matthew 25:14-23 “For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property. To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away. He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. So also he who had the two talents made two talents more. But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master’s money. Now after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them. And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me five talents; here I have made five talents more.’ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here I have made two talents more.’ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’

Note: I am persuaded that until we are able to hear Him say “This is My beloved son in whom I am well pleased” that we will not be able to hear Him say “Well done, good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of Your master”

Matthew 17:4-6– and Peter said to Yahshua, “Lord, it is good that we are here. If you wish, I will make three tents here, one for you and one for Moses and one for Elijah.” He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.”

Note: I am convinced that until we are able to hear Him say, “Well done, good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of Your master” that we will not fully understand our purpose for living.
